Conner Knight
Conner is a graduate of UCF’s Clinical Psychology Master’s program with several years of experience in crisis care, leading group psychotherapy, as well as supporting individuals with a variety of clinical presentations and stressors to take steps toward leading a more fulfilling life. He firmly believes in every individual’s innate ability to grow, learn, and improve their quality of life despite the challenges that trauma, depression, anxiety, and changes in self or identity present. With his expertise and guidance, you can effectively take the next steps towards living the life that you want to live, and that you deserve to have.
Conner uses a humanistic approach as well as evidence-backed treatments that have been designed and clinically proven to alleviate the burden of mental health issues. Above all else, Conner ensures that the client is being heard, and understood and that the direction of treatment reflects that feedback.
